  Eat, Sleep, Speak:  Why What We Eat & How We Sleep Rules What We Say Picture this: It's 6pm, and you have a major class presentation tomorrow. You're hangry and wishing you could just crash since you've been awake since 5:30am and already had a full day of classes, sports practice and fine art practice. But sleep is not in the cards of your immediate future. You still have hours of homework to complete, that presentation to fine tune, and a desperate need of a shower. Dad's working late and mom has a headache. Looks like you're on your own for dinner. A big bowl of buttery popcorn & M&M's with a side of sugary cereal it is. Now picture this: It's 6pm, and you have a major class presentation tomorrow. You're hangry and understand you must crash soon since you've been awake since 5:30am and already had a full day of classes, sports practice and fine art practice. You planned ahead all week to get in front of your homework grind knowing
